Driven for years by his "need for speed," Rick took a decades-long interest in cars. More than just an enthusiast or a collector, he applied a more hands-on approach to this passion. In college, he was heavily involved in racing cars, attaining several national and local records. For many years thereafter, he worked in the automotive field, honing his customer service skills while spending time around the fast machines he so enjoyed.
